Ajith Amba’s combination of investing and operating experience gives him a practical perspective on identifying business problems, evaluating ROI, and determining where AI can expand organizational capacity. He is the Managing Partner of Ambition Capital, where he focuses on early-stage/ growth healthcare and technology investing. He also has extensive operating experience in healthcare, having started and/or led efforts across multiple MSO and patient-facing businesses that reached mid-to-high seven-figure annual recurring revenue.

Ajith advises multiple early-stage companies on growth, strategy, and execution. He also provides pro bono financial education to families across the U.S., helping them strengthen their financial literacy and better understand topics such as insurance, taxes, trusts, estate planning, and long-term financial planning, including when to engage qualified legal, tax, or financial professionals.
