Ray Jacobson

Ray Jacobson helps clients evaluate what is technically possible, how complex technology should be built, and what it takes to turn emerging technologies into products that can operate at scale. His experience leading engineering teams and building consumer-facing technology gives him a practical perspective on technical architecture, product development, and translating ambitious ideas into reliable systems.

Ray is currently CTO at Audius, where he previously served as Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. Earlier in his career, he was a Software Engineer at Google and has also held roles with MongoDB and Codecademy. He is currently a member of South Park Commons and studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. At Rayon Partners, Ray brings hands-on engineering and technology leadership experience to help clients think critically about AI systems, technical feasibility, and how new technology can be integrated into real-world products and workflows.
